Shipping

Free shipping on US orders over $50 and international orders over $100.

Processing: Orders typically ship within 7 to 14 days after being placed.

Estimated delivery after shipment: US orders take 2 to 5 business days. International orders take 4 to 15 business days depending on customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & refunds

Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing customerservice@tremendousworld.com. This same 30-day window applies if an item arrives wrong, damaged or defective; please contact us as soon as you notice an issue so we can make it right.

For standard returns, items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us before mailing anything back. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without first requesting a return won't be accepted.

Custom or personalized products, personal care goods, perishable goods, hazardous materials, sale items and gift cards aren't returnable. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item. For an exchange, request a return and place a separate order once the return is accepted.

For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, subject to the applicable conditions in our refund policy.

We'll notify you after receiving and inspecting a return. If approved, the refund goes to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank or card provider may take longer to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email customerservice@tremendousworld.com.
